ALL DVD'S ARE RUNNING BUT CD IS NOT RUNNING
Problem: All DVD'S are normally working in your computer, but when you insert a CD(Audio CD,Video CD), the computer fails to read it and the CD/DVD drive says "Please insert a disk".
Solution:
1.The Lens of the computer's CD ROM is not able to read the CD'S, and if it is reading the DVD'S, it is just for limited period of time.
2.Replace the lens of the CD/DVD ROM with a new one.
3. Hopefully, both CD'S and DVD'S will now open normally.
